Dear Sir, I have noted your two-star review and that you had delivery problems with your item. I have investigated your case and noted that the couriers were asked to deliver in the middle of the road in a red zone and refused to cover the cost of any tickets that may have been incurred. I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by your failed delivery but any issues you foresee need to be brought to our attention at the point if purchase so we can do our best to manage in advance.

THE RESPONSE RECEIVED IS INCORRECT IN ZAYING ALL ICE MACHINES PRODUCE SHEET ICE THAT NEEDS MANUALLY BREAKING. NO OTHER COMMERCIAL ICE MACHINE PRODUCING ICE FOR THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY THAT I KNOW OF DOES THIS. IN ANY CASE, MY COMPLAINT ALSO FOCUSES ON THE FACT THAT NO MENTION OF THIS IS MADE IN THE PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL OR THE USERS MANUAL, LEAVING PROSPECTIVE PURCHASERS WIITHOUT FULL FACTS.

Communication a bit poor, told it was being delivered by one carrier then received communications from a different carrier about the delivery.

Hi there, thank you for your comments. I have investigated this and believe our customers are usually not provided with information on the names of specific carriers. The reason being our suppliers use several couriers. I understand the item was delivered safely within the timeframe. Best wishes

I purchased a display fridge for over £2,000, and while it was delivered as promised, the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. Shockingly, two rude and arrogant delivery drivers managed to smash the fridge to pieces before it even left the truck. To make matters worse, they laughed and showed no concern whatsoever. This left me without the fridge for the entire bank holiday weekend.

Although customer service was quick to resolve the issue and sent a replacement a few days later, the same delivery team arrived again. I had to stand by the truck to ensure they didn't repeat their mistake, as they were about to unpack the fridge in the same careless manner. They seemed irritated by my presence, rolling their eyes, laughing, and ignoring my requests for extra caution.

While the fridge itself is brilliant (when delivered intact) and the customer service team is highly responsive, the delivery service was absolutely horrendous.

We are really shocked to hear of this experience. We take matters like this incredibly seriously. One of our team is now speaking with you to investigate this situation and to ensure all the facts are reported to our supplier and ultimately their delivery provider. Thank you for sharing your experience with us to help prevent anything like this from happening again.

We paid for a timed delivery 7 days ago. The rearranged date didn't happen either. The appliances still haven't arrived.

We are very sorry for this situation. We believe that part of your order has been delivered. Unfortunately, our supplier didn't communicate to us that the items you purchased were not in stock. We are dealing directly with our supplier to ensure this does not happen again where possible.

Terrible experience with delivery. No contact from the delivery driver, he just failed delivery, saying he couldn't drive his tiny truck into our estate (where articulated lorries, bin lorries, fire engines, oil tankers, delivery trucks regularly drive). They were fairly curt with their responses to my emails. Wanted to charge me £75 for redelivery or 20% restocking fee, as their driver couldn't be bothered. In the end, after many emails and phone calls they agreed to 'attempt' redelivery. I had to take a tractor and forks down to meet the driver and mate on the main road and take delivery in a precarious location! Absolutely bonkers, we are on a sound, tarmac road, busses, coaches etc regularly drive through, but not this guy and his tiny truck. Absolute trauma and I wish I'd spent the extra £20 and bought from my usual supplier, who have delivered a great many, much larger appliances to me with no drama.

We are sorry to hear of your experience. Unfortunately, on this occasion, I believe the issue was the 14 ft bridge which prevented access for our courier’s 16 ft lorry large artic vehicle (which is required to be a maximum height of 16ft by law). I do believe an agreement was reached and the product was delivered. We apologise again and will ensure we pass your comments across to our supplier and their courier company.

Upon further investigation it was confirmed by our supplier you did receive the correct item however the brand name appears differently on the product. Where do I start, So I ordered the knife and after receiving the item the box was mislabelled. I returned the item and asked that before another knife was sent some one take a picture of the product and confirm the model and specifications. I was told " No one can take a picture " I jokingly pointed out there are tribes in Africa on Tiktok who can take pictures on a phone. Again I was told " No one is able. I refused to reply after that. Call me unreasonable but when a customer buys a product there are laws in place to protect both the company and consumer and I feel like I was dealing with Ferengi. Rule 239 Never be afraid to mislabel a product
