Designed to be easy to use, the scales feature a handy 'add and weigh' function which allows you to incrementally add ingredients without having to change bowls. And as the large capacity removable bowl is made from a tough stainless steel, you can use it as a mixing bowl too, so there's still no need to change bowls - even once all the ingredients have been added.
Please note: These scales are not government stamped, and as such are unsuitable for use as retail food scales.
